Fieldacademy developed the 'Toolbox merging appartments' commissioned by the City development department of Rotterdam. The toolbox is a part of the 'Stimulating merging appartments'-project.
The toolbox is writen for residents and descripes gradualy the possibilities for merging appartments to one new appartment.
Four students from the TU Delft carried out a literature and location research.This resulted in several recommendations relating to merging and redevelopment of vacant dwellings at the Maximilian Street in Old Charlois.
