Graduation Thesis Sander Smoes
The 'Craftsman Central' focusses on an existing housing stock in Oud-Charlois. The concept aims to enhance the multifunctionality. Studios and workshops are combined with dwellings. The design revives the functional and technical outdated property and focuses on mixed use in existing residential areas.
