Dorris Derksen designed a residential building in the city center. On the Westersingel, within walking distance of the main station and many amenities, it replaces an outdated office for a residential complex where contact with neighbours is easy but not inevitable.
From her research and her experiences in the Delft city council she positions her design at the current Zeitgeist.
